TLEC was created in 2016.

Engineering works

TLEC comprises a team of highly experienced engineers who have come together to provide engineering services in design, feasibility study, shop drawings of hydropower, transmission and other construction projects as well as all relating facilities for example log boom system

Using a network of experienced engineers and builders, TLEC provides construction services to support various projects in the Lao PDR.
